For anyone like me who were having 70'ish latency when the server pinged at 30-40'ish, try setting /cl_maxpackets 100. For whatever reason, they'd set it to 30 by default. Practically lowered my latency from 70 down to 45'ish.
We deployed a server patch to address rankup exploits and some other cheating. Ranked servers have been restarted.

I think its the lean function, guys. IW was onto something when they said the game is not optimized for lean. By that they meant that the game will stutter like a ti-84 calculator trying to run crysis, that the spawn system is fubar, and you cannot join other people playing zombie mod. And since treyarch's next COD installment will be released in 2012, I think their lean function will cause the end of the world of 2012.
Try rebinding E and Q button to something else. It gave me a huge fps boost, plus I can see through walls now.
