Half-way trough the campaign..this game redefines rail-shooting If ic another "press F repeatedly to.." arrgghhhhhh
In my opinion its the worse campaign ever in a COD! (maybe it looks worser because of the beaten path, but the 1º MW add a terrific campaign IMO) nevertheless i´m finding myself to make an effort to continue..
the MP looks the same from past installations so definitely a pass for me.
One side effect is that now i want to play a FPS on-line! ...So, bought Battlefield BC2 , hope is not another flop like my last purchase OFP Dragon Rising
I'm a big noob so I use Ghost+SoH+Ninja with the silenced AK74u...
All the other SMG's are effing worthless, either thier iron-sights are are poopy or their stats (or both in most cases).
In the assault rifle section the commando and AK47 are loads of fun, HK G11 might be fun with a high powered sniper score but it's easily matched by the M16 when playing in hardcore mode. ^_^
Ohh, and I hate how the game forces me to play Demolition, sabotage or S&D to be able to get the ghost pro perk. I have to plant the mofo bomb like 10 times and all the servers are super homo. :S
Yea the AK74u kicks some ass, try using it with a grip, it reduces the spread quite much making it ideal on medium-longe range aswell

Thats actually a lower FPS than normal would you believe. Generally runs even smoother.... Not quite sure what I did to get it at a decent fps... Turned off basically all non MS services and startup programs and changed the lines about multi gpu and cpu in the mp config file. Runs perfect since then...

I find all the SMGs fun to play, and they are actually quite good in CQB maps, with the proper upgrades. The only one giving me trouble is the PM63, i just can't kill anything with it.
Also, the AK74U shouldn't even be in the SMG category, cause IRL it is actually a compact assault rifle (like the Commando, if you will).

aeonfast is that config utility legit online with steam?. Thanks for the post btw, I have been looking for an easier way to toggle the hidden settings.

I find the RC car and the Huey / Hind to be far more annoying than the noobtubes.
I played today on some French server, and i ended up running around like a headless chicken, chased by minicars; one blew up, and in the next instant "Enemy RC- deployed in your area", and so on.
I find it amazing that no one complained, but if god forbid you shot one round from the grenade launcher, all went "noob!" in the chat window.
Also, the Huey / Hind is just absurd.
Shooting down the enemy airplans can sometimes be anoying as hell since they deploy flares - but atm there really isnt much that anoy me in the game apart from the stuttering. Well, that and Horrordee the cheating bastard!
