Customer support policy is that they can't close your incident if the issue isn't resolved to your satisfaction.
If you ask for more information, they're obligated to respond. If they dont, you can simply contact the BBB and get things done that way.

etc I start a game, THE LEVEL IS UNRENDERED. You play and it renderes it AS you play.
I set everything on LOW (having a semi-high end machine) and enter a game.
Walk to a door, and enter a room, my FPS drops from 80 to 30-40, then rises again to 80 as I stay in this room. Walk out of the room and turn towards a hallway where I haven't looked yet - same shit - fps drop from 105 to 35, then rises to 85 and more while I stay still...

Yet it runs fine on the 360 that loads the data from the dog-slow DVD.

No "gloating" here yet no problem too with the -legit- game (win7 x64/core i7 320/GTX 285 with 260.99 drivers/1920x1080), runs rather flawlessly all maxed out... For those having frame rate issues over a similar setup well I would rather wait a bit before blaming Treyarch.
