A second Call of Duty is also in the works from newly formed studio Sledgehammer Games. Though Activision has said this title would take the Call of Duty series into the action-adventure genre, third-person, a May job listing indicated it would also be a first-person shooter.
“And, most recently, we’ve added Sledgehammer in the Bay Area. We haven’t yet announced the content of their game, but it’s going to be an innovative take that will further broaden the audience for Call of Duty.”
Broaden the audience... hm....
TWIN PEAKS is "something of a miracle."

"a phenomenon."

Thomas Tippl, who said that "Next year's Call of Duty will be a first-person shooter."
Wait, so after all these years of playing Call of Duty I was in fact playing an RTS? shit man, I can't wait to see what COD will be like as an FPS, it'll be SICK
I don't get it. COD Multiplayer seems to be the most popular part of these games, but I have a hard time believing that a Cod Multiplayer released every year can bring enough new gameplay to warrant that insane amount of money. These games is more like the most overpriced Dlc ever, but hey! I can't blame Activision for being lazy when the majority gobbles down every COD release without questioning. If I were Activision, I would do the same

In total agreement. Releasing the same product year after year and the minions eat it up.

Because it is Treyarch multiplayer and not IW multiplayer.
Cod:WAW multiplayer was really good, and pretty well balanced. No overpowered perks or anything of the sort. Zombie mode was fun to.
I'm calmer than you are
But seriously, we the gamers (on all platforms) only have ourselves to thank for getting a lot of Unoriginal sequels thrown at us every year.
Why? Because apparently, enough of us are content with playing the same old shit over and over, year after year.
And that is why I'm surprised that a game like Fallout New Vegas (with free mod tools) is still being made. (Yeah I know, fast made "sequel" to FO3, but WAY better Imho).

Valkyrie Rockets
The Valkyrie Rockets killstreak is accessible after 7 kills. Activate it to call in a Care Package drop with a launcher and two rockets. Equip the launcher and move to an open position. Now things get interesting.
After launching a rocket, you retain control over its trajectory. It travels at high speeds, but it’s got a lot of mobility. Swerve around obstacles and over rooftops. Enemies are highlighted for easy kills. If you need to cover ground quickly, the rocket even has a boost function, plus a manual detonation trigger for extra power and control.
