I really dislike the new bond, he doesnt have the classic British spy feel like Bond is supposed to have. Somehow he feels like a blazing American gun-it-all, perhaps the title Die Hard would suit these movies more.

was wondering whats with the scene rel:) |
It should be around here soon, considering that the 360 version is already out |
An already gotten-out xbox release isn't an indication the pc version is about to bounce off any quick soon after. Just saying. The protection could be firmly solid so that it takes ages to crack. Hope I'm wrong. After a long night of wandering through the radactive Mojave wasteland constantly monitoring my vital stats I'd wish for a brainless shooter like mister Bond to cool the sweat a bit off. |
@Ragedoctor , i agree with you (check my post about it in the first page of this thread).
@human_steel, don't say stuff like that, ages to crack...don't say it even as a joke...i don't want to start something els cause i am waiting for this game and i will not wait ages
*(just in case it sounds too rude, i am joking:) but seriously, i hope it will be out very soon:D

I'll wait for now, unsure about future updates but the pricing is a bit of a concern for what could be a rather average movie-tie in, it's not the most expensive game on Steam though but still.

Does this use a different engine from Quantum of Solace? I think that game used the U3 engine...
1 and 2 are still amazing.

Blood Stone uses Bizarre Creations’ bespoke engine which was created for their previous game The Club.

Well optimized and somewhat decent looking, The Club was OK and of course I have no idea what they've done with the engine since but Club was also a bit simple but was handled OK in terms of the PC edition though didn't it have a framerate limit as well?
(Unsure if LIVE is also still used, seems to be Steam now with this but I have no idea actually.)

The PC version was ported by High Moon Studios who ported Transformers: War for Cybertron.

Aside from the 30fps lock in and the inability to change key bindings, TWFC port was not bad. I´m actually still playing mp.

Or extremely good. I'm going for bad.
Remember they only rate games based on hype and/or how much money they got from the publisher.

5/10 is a bit harsh, imho... i'd rate it 7/10, solid third person shooter with ok driving sequences. A bit on the short side, finished it in 4 hours or so. The gfx are 2007ish plus they got the real actors to do the voices.

You say this like there were a hundred more Bond games between Nightfire and this. I don't know, there may be a lot more worse games than this, but I don't expect much. It reminds me of Wanted. Fun for a quick playthrough when your mind is turned off, but no more.
