I want to record myself reading something but I don't want people to know my voice, is there any application that allows me to change my recorded voice without distorting it to much?

GoldWave is the most advanced "simple" tool I can think of. All the things you have mentioned can be found there.

Just cut the letters out of different papers from different locations and glue it on paper. old style

AV Voice Changer can do that on the fly, instead of editing later like you'd have to do with Goldwave and other editors.
