How the fuck do I turn this off, for whatever reason adobe has decided FOR ME that when I plug a fucking usb drive in that it must start lightroom for me

Did you check msconfig and that it isnt just always running from startup in some kind of stealth mode?

Yeah I know, it's annoying - but you can easily turn it off in Preferences in Lightroom. Watercooled 5950X \| AORUS Master X570 \| Asus RTX 3090 TUF Gaming OC \| 64Gb RAM \| 1Tb 970 Evo Plus + 2Tb 660p \| etc etc
