It's amazing if I were to pay money for this game. You can never know how well it will run, if a patch will be needed or how much of a bug fest it will have. And they wonder why piracy is so high these days.. ..and it doesn't cost much actually.

Fixed it Razz

Actually there was that pcgameshardware.de test on various graphics cards and core amount and seems to run pretty well on anything recent.

Bug fest will be less than the first game, they have had time to finish it and polish it. Not that I'm expecting a bug free experience, but they fixed the first game and they will this one too if needed.

Then we get to the last part, where Royal Edition is just about the same as some regular edition on steam. Didn't buy the first one even though I enjoyed it, so now they get some extra back.

Nah, an early leak would be fine, we'll be able to play some till our Royal Edition comes Smile

That, but now I'm thinking do I need a re-install if 'demo' version gets too tempting while waiting. Removing crack would prompt insert DVD, but key won't be that simple. Oh well it will re-install fine while oogling all the other stuff that comes in da box Very Happy

Walk? they had to run, the fire was moving towards them way too fast

Believe me, the AI wasn't my numero uno problem with the 1st Two Worlds

keeping it short since i'm still drunk as hell:
game works flawlessly, no bugs (or at least no "heavy" ones), game world is filled with interesting stuff and rich in variety. if the devs improve the balancing a bit (like they promised to), it's an excellent game.

That DX11 min vs max, no DX9 there (previous screens were DX9 min/max). But pretty impressive minimum details, looks better on min than FalloutNV on max Smile

All I could understand was the 'sehr gut' part which is translated to 'very good'. I assume 'eindruck' goes for 'final verdict'.

well this is what they say there on the page

They give the game a "very good" mark (close to 10/10) noting the very few bugs and superb gameplay with outstanding graphics. The verdict: "Surprisingly good, bug free and technically impressive"

When we checked out Two worlds in January it already looked very good. But the ambitions of the developers seemed to be a bit too high. After playing for 20 hours in the at least content completed game i have to admit : i was mistaken. Two worlds 2 works seamlessly, has almost no bugs, and when you do encounter them they are far from gamebreaking, and the gameworld is so diverse and interesting that you dont mind getting off the road to explore. When the developers finetune the balancing as they promised us, then nothing is in the way for receiving an high rating.

The details, yes, but without any visual effect it gives the impression it doesn't really look like the first game, but yeah, on minimum it looks amazingly good.

91%

What about this?

Die Gesichter und Animationen kann man freilich nicht auf eine Ebene mit „Dragon Age: Origins“ oder „Mafia II“ stellen, sind aber dennoch gut.

Faces and animations obviously cannot not be put on the same level as DA:O or Mafia 2 but are still good.

Got to try and remember, although might have to be a bit late to the party, as I don't want to be spoiled with the intro.

This reminds me of the week(s) before Torchlight got released. Kinda hyped about that game, but it turned out to be repetitive and boring after a few days of playing.

I really hope this is not the case with Two Worlds 2.

Well, there are 2 VERY different games, Torchlight ( as far as I know, I only played it a few hours before I got bored ) was just dungeons, dungeons and more dungeons..

Two World 2 has a wide range of environments, deserts / snow / jungle / seas etc, so I doubt one will get bored too easily.

If we don't have any gamebreaking bugs, I think it'll be a very good game Smile

P.S. I don't expect a 90% game - (don't trust those reviews that much), but I do hope for ~80%, which would be fine for me Wink

Well not exactly good, but at least they were better than the ones in Oblivion, The Witcher, Risen and any other pure recent rpg Razz

Animations is not really that important to me. Still, It's nice to have fluid animations in a game.
