Anyone try to convert this mkv to mpg using mkv2vob? I converted it successfully like all my other BRs and tried to watch it on my PS3 from Windows7 media server and it won't work. It doesn't show up in my BR folder like all the other movies do. This is the only mkv I have had problems with. Sucks, I really want to see this. Looks like I will have to get the BRRip.

Visually great and quite original, but not the least funny, the characters were really shallow too. I've liked Cera since Arrested Development, but he's been doing this role since then and he has done it way better. I'm obviously not in the target age range for this movie though.
It was also lame how everyone was upset that he was dating a 17 year old in the begining, i mean seriously, how is that even the least upsetting? If she was 14-15, then yeah, might have been at least a bit questionable, but he was still just a 23 (i think?) year old.. maybe it's some american thing i dont get.

x264 is NOT tailored for 1080p, it outperforms XviD at anything you throw at it.
The nfo of the XviD rip you posted cites an other encode as source, resulting in a double loss. Stay away from it, it was obviously encoded by a moron.

Even if I agree about the hot asian highschool girl that's what she was. A highschool girl and even if Michael Cera looks like he's 15 himself in the movie  the character Scott Pilgrim is 23 and I agree that's a wee bit too old to date a 17 year old (my opinion  )
I am so buying this on Blu Ray once it's released here and I am considering getting the graphic novel since it (obviously) has way more to the story. |
