One and a half hour before it's unlocked though so until then it can't be released.
(Doubt there's a disc image or anything like that, unsure about other direct download sites like Gamersgate but it's probably via Steam as well.)

From what I understand Tripwire made Red Orchestra which was a mod first, then became a whole series. They just helped the guys that made The Ball after they saw the potential in that game I think, Tripwire didn't make the game. So yeah, tell us what you think of the game, seems like a good puzzle-game.

There isn't much I can say so far, I just completed the second area and currently the puzzles are easy and rather simple but the first level is apparently a large tutorial so that's not a issue and from the screen creatures and such will be introduced soon.
Uses a UE3 or UDK (?) variant though Tripwire is used to it such as from Red Orchestra (UE2.5) and it's upcoming UE3 driven sequel, looks OK but focused on MP play so visuals are kept a bit simple and levels are perhaps a bit basic in terms of detail but it works fine and keeps one focused on the game and such objects plus it's a bit obstructed as you move around that ball thing so it's not something you think too much about while playing.
Runs good but that's not too surprising and story seems to work even if it's a bit generic about a architecture dig and discovering a artifact that manipulates this thing, not very far into it though, just past the second "room" or puzzle area or what to call it on the first level.
Shouldn't use anything advanced as far as I can see, this version is tied to Steam but it'll probably get cracked shortly such as with Deathspank for those who want to "demo" the game, pricing wasn't that bad with the pre-order extra but it's not comparable to a full game as such but I'm not saying it's a bad game or anything.
EDIT: Ah so the guys who made it is that other studio mentioned in the intro credits and not Tripwire as such, interesting.
(Both are mentioned, seems I might have confused things a bit.)
EDIT: Hehe, yeah I'm a bit active now with all the new games being released.
(Autumn period is quite hectic what with all releases and the holiday rush especially.)

Yup, THETA is a rather recent group but their many releases (mainly steam rips as Pey correctly said) are always perfectly working

A 17 MB update was released, I'll try to find more info.
EDIT: Was just the exe, unsure what they did with it, also includes NCFs.

Unlikely. That's just a same file that originally came with my copy when the game released.

Might have been Steam then re-downloading the exe for some reason, can happen though it's not that common.
(Any missing files will be redownloaded when a update is released but modified files will remain unless a re-verification is done, might have updated the NCF's and in the process re-validated the exe and downloaded it again as well but I'm not to sure about that.)

Game is surprisingly good. It has cleverly-made puzzles and well-structured levels. And it's not short. Well, at least, it's not that swift of an experience such as the latest MOH for instance.
