Am I missing something or you actually need to click for each weapon blow ? And can't just hold mouse down to order the hero to keep smashing stuff ? Scratch Head

Aye each click corresponds to a single hit, but hopefully this curious system doesn't annoy me much. At least it's responsive enough to have a perfect control of the situation Smile

I can't even see the main menu, when i launch the game it is nothing but a black screen.
I hear the main menu music and can move the mouse over the various options and hear there little sound when you mouse over but there are no visuals any ideas?

I'm so glad people are enjoying this and not "DERP!!"ing all over the place about it. We NEED fresh games like this.. and yeah, it sucks the PC version had to wait two months, but at least it's here and at least Hothead have STATED that part 2 is coming also. It's an absolutely amazing game and well worth the money I paid - even if I was too impatient to wait for the superior version and bought the 360 ones Wink

this game deserves to be played for the dialogues only, if everything else gets boring. The dialogues and the voiceacting is pure epicness

I assume the good/evil sliders when starting the game are just for appearance right?, set both at the highest anyway but figured I should ask though I'll probably find out soon after a few searches.
(Similar to the Monkey Island 3 "3D" fake option and such.)

EDIT: Ah it was for some X360 achievement, wonder if there's more info about it.

I was almost postitive the guy voicing our new epic hero of heroic duties was the guy that did the voicing of Minute Man in freedom force.

Tell me you all didn't think it too!

Aside from the 360 achievement (which I'd promptly forgotten about) - I never found a real use for the Good/Evil slider Sad

Based on the map it's not that long plus the level limit of 20 and that this is only part 1 though part 2 should be released on PC as well later on, there's fifty or so sidequests as well but most NPC's do offer multiple quests so you go trough them rather quick.

I didn't know about the level cap of 20 Crying or Very sad (considering that I'm still halfway through the game and already reached the level 16).

I haven't verified that yet Ixigia but it seems likely as there's a achievement for reaching level 20 so that's probably the highest.
(I'm level 8 and just started clearing out the slime place.)

Yep, Lv20 is the highest and you'll only reach that if you grind. On my playthrough on the 360, I reached Lv20 just before I reached the final boss... and I did a bit of grinding in the boss area to get to 20. You'll get around 7-10hrs, depending on whether you power through it.

I've been relying too much on the tutorial messages, found out how to block when I reached the Gobb (Or what they were called.) champion which have really helped since then, still trying to deal with those ghosts but it doesn't matter all too much since stuff respawn now and then but might be worth the XP.
(Playing on hard so they do a lot of damage unless you manage the block move and time it, easier with fewer enemies around.)

Oh speaking of "playing on hard"; XP scales with difficulty, so if you play on EASY you won't hit lv20 by endgame - not even doing all the sidequests - without some ludicrous levels of grinding.

The scripting for some reason reminds me a lot of Monkey Island.

Game itself is OK, but it's getting old fairly quick.
