Dude, you can't generalize like that.
There are 300million ppl in the US and I've lived there and been all over the US.
Tons and tons of nice folks in the US.
The problem is the normal Americans are eclipsed by the idiot ones cuz the idiot ones (like say the Tea Baggers) make so much noise.
What needs to happen is the normal, intelligent Americans need to stand up and take their country back from the fucking morons who seem to be all over the press and in politics.
Why do you think Jon Stewart is holding his 'Rally To Restore Sanity' march
Like its baffling as a Canadian that ppl like Glen Beck and Rush Limbaugh actually have an audience and a sizeable one to top it off.
They wouldn't even get the chance to be on TV or Radio in Canada and England...or even the rest of Europe for that matter.
Canada and Europe have learned not to give racists a voice. |

I've never been in that room... For some reason I love the airport and i'm just a normal looking red american guy. They don't mess with me since they gave me smallpox blankets.

I watched some documentary last yr or so, one woman (some writer) was talking how bush administration made living in USA pain in the ass with that patriot law/act/whatever.
There was one dude who spoke sth against the government (some kind of Vietnam veteran or whatever) and now every time he or his family goes on a flight they are detained and questioned. They even have some kind of code that prints on your ticket or shit like that...

I landed in O'hare airport and got deported back to Sweden, they said I was too cool for Chi-town. 
No but seriously, never had any issues with going to the states (both before and after 9/11).

I've been to O'hare a couple of times..the terminal there confuses the crap out of me..but I <3 the moving walkways. Had been either in planes, bus stations, or airports for like 24 hours so felt good not to have to walk down another long corridor.

Thats what I mean.
If you watch The Tonight Show, Leno has that segment "Jaywalking" and he asks simple questions and they always show the stupidest ppl.
If you've never been to the US or don't know Americans, and always saw things like that, you'd think the US was full of fuckin idiots.
But in truth, they probably interview say 100 ppl and outta those 100 ppl 10 are idiots and outta those 10, 5 are probably retards you know? |

Hmm well this is by no means a valid plead that a big majority of USA citizens are unbiased, well informed, decent or open minded and in support of their own constitution.
A constitution that had in mind to separate (any) religion from politics and to ensure lasting freedom.
And yeah how should that be possible if media are allowed to broadcast falsified and heavily opinionated news?
