Hopefully we will see the directors cut of even horizon one day.... They cut about an hour from it, with some of the more gruesome scenes, but the film that was cut out detoriated too much to be used again.
The thing was AWESOME! But I wouldn't say it's a horror movie. One of my favorite movies of all time
I agree completely. which is why I didn't vote for "The Thing" as the best scifi horror.. because, really, it's not a horror. Not to me at least. It's a DAMNED good film, no doubt about that, but scary? Nah
