I thought Blood Money was amazing, if I had to compare all 4 games it would be like this:
H2 > H:BM > H:C47 > H:C

Yep Blood Money was definitely great and "complex" for being a NextGen® game, but the chances of having a more streamlined Hitman 5 are very high...

lol what? Every game (except maybe the third) has gotten more complex and overall better. Hell it was way harder to shoot your way through in Blood Money than in the previous games.
But yeah, the series is pretty much dead now.

First game was awesome with its mechanics and aproach. But still. Blood Money was cherry on top of the cake. Of course, you could shoot your way through, but then again... it added the option to kill people "by accident." Proffesional, no?
Though I would like to see some mission where you'd have to infiltrate a spot for sniping. Make one shot (would be awesome if target was giving a speech etc) and escape. no?

I loved Blood Money. I must have replayed the entire game about 4 times through, at least, just to try and do the missions in as different style as possible from the last.
The ending was awesome as well.

I did like the sniper mission in, Silent Assassin was it? Where those two russians were having a meeting in a park and you had to go up some building and snipe the target from the roof. And then shit hit the fan of course and you had russkies with guns everywhere.

Best thing was taking both with a single shot,great times were had
And that second-to-last mission where you're given blank shots and have to go in the room to investigate just to find out they were cardboard box cutouts and it was all a setup...

Next in the hitman series
Agent 47 puts on an emo wig and chain pants
Panther style execution with mark & Execute
Agent 47 has slow motion
Obligatory missions of on rail shooting
Agent 47 has a "six sense" that allows him to see through walls in a vision mode
oh and did I mention cover system, regenerating health, unlimited ammo for Backup weapon, combo based melee combat etc

oh shit , well , without Hitman the studio might as well just shut down since the K&L franchise only hurt its reputation
and regarding the Rock Steady rumor .. as much as most people enjoyed Batman , i think it's IO's thing and hopefully most of them worked on the series
anyway , rather than see an "accesible" (ala Conviction) i'd rather not see a new game at all
better of creating a dumbed down franchise since most fans are pc players

Played every Hitman game, and Blood Money was truly the pinnacle of the series, everything in that game seemed to finally fall in to place. It was like an evolution in gameplay to play the whole series in the right order.
But the AI in Hitman 2 was really fucked up.
