Yeah it got released on Android last week (full version for free) i downloaded it for my HTC Desire and works great. I don't think they will release it for pc because the company is aiming the mobile market (Android and Apple).

I dont know if its possible, but the android SDK has a working andoind emu in it.
I dont see why you couldnt install it on that, unless its specifically locked out of installing applications, (pretty sure its not, but cant say for sure)
If you got the sdk up and running you could use
"adb install game.apk"
