not so funny. I was taking a walk with a bunch of buddies at night suddenly the cop car pulled over in front of us and 2 cops got out asked us for ID, I gave them mine but they still arrested all of us and drove us to the cop station, they filed some shit and held us there for a while then let us go, there are a lot of reasons as of why nonsense like this could happen, at least they weren't rude and didn't plant evidence.
at a moment I thought they were looking for me for previous prostitution and drug stuff, not really hard time worthy but still.

A friend of mine was in the local paper for picking up an undercover cop posing as a hooker
He basically got a slap on the wrist.....why would you pick up a street walker?
I fuck hookers sometimes when I'm single and can't be bothered to go out and try to find a chick to fuck me for just that nite.
Call a professional, she will whatever you want (for $1500 plus tip for the nite or an hour she better do what I want or I want my money back(), no strings and you don't have to care about pleasing her.
But I've never picked up a street walker.
I don't know why ppl look down at hookers (aside from street walkers). They make good money and all they do is have to fuck or blow....wish I could be a Call Man/Giggalo

Because he only had one charge on his record. Possession...and all it was, was a gram.

All depends on your prior' and of course...the judge. If he or she is in a bad mood, your gunna get a harsher punishment.
Thats why when your in the court house cells, you never wanna be called in for your case around lunch....alll they (the judges, cops etc) want to do is go have their break u know?
Canadian law is weird. Like one time, me and this guy got into a fight at a club. We both got charged with assault.....why? its was 11:45amish and the judge wanted to go for his his 2 hour lunch ya know?
Best time to go before a judge in a bail hearing (least in Canada/my part of Canada) is from 10-11am. They still have coffee, had their breakfast, they aren't tired yet etc
And forget after lunch. Unless its a really small crime (like you got caught with a few grams of dope, say 3g's) , your gunna get a fine and the the time you spent in jail (whether its a nite or the weekend .....assuming you were booked on a Friday) will be your punishment, time served ya know?
Unless...you get one of those judges who is just a fuckin dick and thinks he has all the answers and is king...I hate those kind of judges.
I think judges shoiuld have to have mental tests done every 3 months to make sure they still think objectivly, rationally and fair.
Just like teachers have to go back and do a 2 week thing ya know?
I had a friend who got a month in jail because of a roach....like you couldn't even smoke it it. It was tiny.
I've been in that position and it takes like 2 minutes. Plead guilty and u get probation or CS....fine by me
Fuck, once got book with a half ounce (14 grams which isn't that much), and the cop was in the court and he's standing like he's king.
KNow what the judge said to the cop "Why are you wasting my time? its in one bag, obviously he was not going to traffic anything, its just a half ounce".
I got a fine and thats it.
All depends on the judge and what kinda mood they are in.
