The guy claiming the crack isn't really a scammer, he is active on cs.rin and has upped some cracks. It's probably real. With triggers and shit these days though, I have no idea how good the crack is.

Crack works. But don't know what to do. I don't want to use a cracked steam or something...
Should I be able to install the game with the clone without it interfering with my steam?

(btw this is legal to ask right? since it contains not the crack itself or...?)

The clone is made using the physical DVD. afaik you only need Steam to activate the game AFTER installing. So by using the crack, Steam is not needed, since there is no activation. I could be wrong though.
