Ive been trying to use Tmpgenc to encode a film from Xvid to SVCD. Only problem is TMPGenc Encodes the Film Perfectly, BUT there is no sound Sad

I think The problem seems to be that teh Xvid has AC3 Audio... if it is, how do I fix that ? (I have AC3 codecs installed)

2.58.44.152.. Just noticed on VCDHelp it says to use Virtualdub to save the audio as a Wav first as TMPGenc has trouble with AC3 audio.

i tried many programs to encode xvid to (s)vcd, including tmpgenc...
and my advice for you is: download nero6, get the needed plugins and encode with nero.
when you don't want to include subs and you're ok with normal stereo instead of ac3...this is the best choice.
done in about 1hour, good quality and very easy to use.
