Unbelievable the things we find on Flickr just by typing some random tags. This series of photos uses the same trick as the one we posted yesterday, this time using a Sony PSP. We’ve tried to do this ourselves with different gadgets, but it’s really difficult to make it as a self-portrait.

Taking a picture of X then putting it on display X so it looks like its see-through has been around for ages. No shit touchscreens/touchpads have been around for a while, but nintendo is trying to actually USE it for gaming. Touchscreens/pads are the next logical step for gaming control, get over it.
now I get it, the DS's screen is too small to display a picture like that, But Yea you might be able to display 1 Eye onto the DS's small Screen but it wouldnt look as good.
but seriously, you complain about the smallest of things.
(I have heard that the touchpad is not very good when gaming anyway..)

yea it could, you just move the camera further away then hold it closer to the camera and further away from the person. if you look the PSP uses the same thing.
