well for me when I move to location 1 and then switch between 3 or for more locations to return to location 1 the corpses were still there...sometimes even corpses I've never killed... nor seen getting shot

No, you can.
It's just that the game could not be sold as openly/would getter a higher age rating (none at all) if it was the same version as everywhere else, so the publisher decides to cut it.
But the situation as a whole is completely fucked anyway.
