wtf is the point in the episode bs!

no its episodic. this is sonic 4.1, next is sonic 4.2, next is sonic 4.3 with a final sonic 4.4.
sonic 5 will be back in 3d.
"Izuka says the reason they went episodic is that the game is too big to smaller hard drives (Wii and iPhone likely?) to fit in all at once and he didn't see players paying $60 for a 2-D Sonic game on disc. (Hellllooo. New Super Mario Bros Wii anyone?!!"
played it on my iphone... not a fan of 3d sonic in 2d enviro.

i am playing this right now on my wii
and it's bad, very bad.
the first few levels are okay, but the further you get, the worse it gets.
bad level design, it's very unintuitive, very "random".
and the gameplay feels bad as well, whats up with sonic not being a ball when flying around ?
and this "homing-shit" is just another form of "making the game mass-friendly".
not good, i'd rather play the old games, especially Sonic 3 & Knuckles, with their old 4:3 2d graphics, than this casual, loveless shitfest.
edit.: and oh my god, is the music in this game boring and repetitive, shit.

They haven't dumbed anything down mate, the homing attack was part of Sonic Adventure - and those games RAWKED!
