I know it is nothing new, but that does not mean we could have a blast with the Singleplayer. I'm kinda referring to MoH, because there is absolutely no atmosphere at that game, atleast thats how I see it.
I love jungle maps, I've always wanted a well made jungle map for CoD4. I remember playing Vietcong MP over LAN many years back and there was this big jungle map where you navigated using a shitty map and compass, in MP. It was so fun.
So this is nice.
For me this big jungle map is very big plus for BO. I still didn't made decision will I buy this or not but maybe the time will tell. For now I'm still very careful about investing in another "super cool mp experience, play it in the way you want"-shit
Lobby leaderboard and game mode specific leader boards return.
Leaderboards are now sorted on Score per minute averages (which will reward objective mode players better for taking objectives and not just getting kills). Game mode objective show Score per minute followed by key game mode stats. For example, in Search and Destroy it's Plants, Defuse, and Defends.
We also have weekly, monthly, and all time variants each with a minimum game played (5, 25, and 50, respective) requirements to be listed on the board.
It's our most aggressive leaderboard effort to date.
Honestly, from all the information we're getting... I really don't see how Treyarch could screw this up. As long as Cacktivision leave them the fuck alone to work, I see this being the best CoD yet (right there alongside CoD2) Treyarch made a thoroughly enjoyable SP experience with World at War, so if they can do that again with Black Ops - and basically keep the MP, tweaked and refined, from MW2 - it's a winner.
I'll wait until the first true, non-biased, reviews come out.... then I'll buy it.

In Vietcong or in CoD:BO?
Don't remember with Vietcong and can't say I agree about CoD:BO, from the videos they look sort of like in MW2 and I remember the guns looking great in that game.
Q: Are Pro Perks sorta inevitable since they are challenge based again? So I have to have a pro perk? What if I don't want it?
A: You can completely ignore Pro Perks. Not only do you have to do the Challenge Set you also have to pay for it. No want? No buy.

I don't think it means with real currency.
In their promo's for Wager mode they talk about points as an in game currency, I think it just means those.

Careful fellas, careful. I wouldn't be too quick to order from Game.co.uk and expect to get a download. They might do IP restriction so as to prevent international buyers from downloading the game.
