youll need to install cydia. click on limerain. install cydia.
then go to the semi-official cydia site (google it)
all the instructions are there.
if you're asking for games and wat not.... can't help you with that.
jailbreaking is now legal, stealing games still is not.

Go to the Cydia icon and add a new source: http://cydia.hackulo.us
do a search for the app "appsync for ios4.1". install it.
you can now download ipa files from the internet. they contain the applications. double click on one and itunes will put it on your phone.

why not just add he can install installous too and directly install onto phone  
greenois0n delayed cause of limera1n's different exploit. they're hashing it to use limera1n exploit and keeping their for when appla decides to stop the current exploit. \o/

Used limera1n to jailbreak and installed appsync 4.1, but somehow some apps are not installing.
Anyone having problems?
I restored my phone and installed everything from scratch.

Just wondering. With this Limera1n expliot, is it ok to update iTunes and any firmware updates that Apple throw at me or do I stay clear ?

Problem solved, the apps were listed in itunes but somehow they were not in my HDD.

Sure, you just sync with itunes.
Update or restore with new version, jailbreak, install cydia, install appsync 4.1 and restore everything back.
If you just updated directly it´ll be all there.
You just need to install back the cydia stuff.

jailbroke my "fresh out of the box" iphone 4 ios 4.1 with greenpois0n, worked great. appsync ios 4.1, itunes 10.1 64bit ... works like a charm.
