Warcraft 3 is probably one of my favourite games of all time, if not my favourite.

Were you the one obsessed with DotA? ;P You must be pumped for League of Legends then, haha.

Ya I was/am obsessed with DotA.. I've never heard of League of Legends... but I AM pumped for demigod. But 10x more pumped for this now.

I never understood what was so special about blizzard, the only thing they can do is make very polished games. The games themselves, are newbed, arcadey, and get boring overtime. Warcraft 3 was fantastic in 2002 and even then it was a not to classic gameplay. If they just pull a SC2 in WC clothes, it will be really sad. Their games stand as some of the most replayable out there. Starcraft is still huge in some parts of the world. Custom games in Wc3 has helped that game stay alive for over 10 years and well sold on top of it. To not even start on Diablo II. None of this would have happened if they weren't 'deep'. Just the amount of strategy in ladder games that you can learn and use is astonishing. I'm shit at RTS and I dont really like it but I have wasted COUNTLESS hours on wc3 custom games And the arcadey comment is just laughable..what do you want? A roleplaying simulator or something? go play in the forest 8 out of 10 dentists prefer zipfero to competing brands(fraich3 and Mutantius)! I want WC3 gameplay just refined and improved. Sorry but let DoW2 stay in DoW2 where it belongs, the MP in that game is complete ass compared to especially the first DoW or even CoH.

But if this is true I have no hope whatsoever for the game anyhow.

i somewhat just cant believe they would bother with xbox360 or ps3, they didnt release sc2 on it , why would they release wc4 which is purely pc game, in pc universe to consoles, while still using same engine which they couldnt port or give a shit about it.. i suppose we will see at blizzcon

Yeah, I really enjoyed Warcraft 3. So, I am somewhat excited for WC4. I just hope it dosen't get consolized.

Im more worried about Diablo 3, looks more like a WoW clone then, a dark gritty atmosphere.

I liked Warcraft 2 a lot but didn't really enjoy the third one. As for a fourth game, eh... I like Blizzard quite a lot and how they go about designing their games, but it's time for a new franchise from them.
