It says once you download the game, use that file and Virtual CD 10 to run it. So I guess its cracked.

Well still nothing, would be nice to relax with 2K11 after a hard day but oh well.
for those who have the game, are the models from NBA 2K10 or are they newly made for 2K11?

Ah true, found this: NBA 2K11-P2P on my site.
Anyway, no time to play tonight so i'll hope for a real release tomorrow with crack otherwise ill go for that one.

Forum on OS, you would need an xbox360 copy to compare.
Or use some real screens, not the one by Kobe which could be altered or photoshoped, you never know really.

It's not a big deal at all since pc gets the best models, face&tattoos, but now we will have to live with rumors "it's missing this and that" for months, 2k will obviously never come clean about it, no love for the pc.

So found time to play a little.These guys on 2k forums are totally noobs.Game is the same as consoles (except the menu and custom arena music.Who cares.Last year's menu is way better).I see that pc users complain about player models.Open the fucking config.cfg and make the changes.By default player LOD is set to 0.Set it to 3.By default sideline characters is set to 0.Set it to 2.Make the file read-only.OMG!Now it has better player models than consoles!o rly??Also for quad cores set the logical threads to 1,2,3,4.

Well the game is only released today and there is a real ruckus around it, we will get some screens to compare models I'm sure of it.

Even Ronnie replied to the jerks on 2k forums.Maybe i'm a little harsh but i think for the majority of pc users is common sense the editing of config files.What makes me mad though is the bashing of 2k by all these kids.

Yeah, I'm reading now
The fix earlier brings out the game for what it should be - these are the newer models, WTH they would have them low balled by default, I have no doubt. 2K forums just confirmed this as well - they are uploading images as I type this.
2K Admin:
Guys, the look of the PC menu is just that... the look. Erick Boenisch, who wrote many of the Insights and worked heavily on the PC version, told me that all the options are there. The reason the menu is still that toggle system from last year is because the one from this year didn't fit. But everything is there... It's the same exact game as console besides this one design thing.
The player models thing is ridiculous, they're completely new.
I am trying to confirm whether or not there are custom soundtracks. Regardless of whether there are or not, the PC has features that the other two don't (I am sure you can figure it out). We are not trying to jilt PC users. I play on PC myself quite often and love the experience. |
