This time I don’t know what it is. I can describe it though Very Happy

Ever went on a hike in a city made park? With all the power lines running through? Ever wandered off just to listen to the silence? You thought it would be quiet but you heard the power lines. A high-pitched tone. Sad any clue what it may be inside of a pc?

Mmm, could be the capacitors on your motherboard. Try listening against those battery like things on it. Most capacitors start to sound when they get old. How old is your mb btw?

edit

I don't think there is nothing to do except isolating your case with sound dampening material.

It could heat up the case a bit but It won't reduce the air flow.

I build the pc back in 01/02 Laughing

the sound goes on and off like the fan issue I had while ago. But it mostly happens when I reboot.

You know the boot up screen thingie when everything loads.

It happens there. Then like a minute or two after start up shit finishes loading. Then it's silent.

Could be component/capacitor on a certain card device that is the cause. Try listening carefully without the case door/hatch when It boots.
