This isn't true. The source of what you are saying was a post by a DICE employee where he said that online players on the PC, at the time he was making the post, were more than on the 360 OR the PS3, not both combined.

What is wrong wit EA DL manager keys then?
BTW, that site from you looks good. Can you trust them?

there is nothing wrong with EA DLM per se... though if I buy games it's either retail or steam... ^^
found the site via steam unpowered... so it should be good...

Meh, they didnt fix anything, just played 1h and gameplay is still the same as it was in closed beta, recoil is still the same, etc, with no doubt this game is only for console "players"
The only thing they f*cked even more, is the fricking bloom -.-'

EA have a habit of banning keys/withdrawing games from your DL Manager account if they suspect they were bought from a disreputable source (like an online key retailer). Check the Bad Company 2 thread for a couple of cases (and it's happened to me personally, too).

@Pixieking Oh as if this didn't happen with Steam as well.  Remember remember the whole G2Play-MW2 fiasco. Good thing G2P were kind enough to return the money to people who bought their game from them.
