thats some great news if it holds up.
after all i dont see why this game should be dvd9, its not even as long as lets say dmc3, sure doesnt have as many cutscenes as mgs2 and 3,
the map size and amount of voice data cant be as much as in san andreas, and all these games were dvd5.
if you ask me this dummy files thing sounds plausible, its something sony would do regarding what they pulled off with gt4.
we can only hope, i guess i m not gonna go to bed tonight eh?

Since there are no nukerz yet, it's no OTP. Problem is the ISO has still not been posted to the groups yet. Torrent sucks.

Ok guys, I found out how to burn a working DVD5 of GoW. This is for all of you that are sick and tired of waiting for the fuckin ISO and just want the game already. First of all get the game, whether it be the DVD9 ISO or you rent it. Then get ISO buster. Load up the game/ ISO in ISO buster and recompile the first layer. It should come out to be around 4GB. Make the ISO and burn. I have not tested this out yet because I don't know where to get the DVD9 of the ISO and I aint payin no $5 for a fuckin rental. I'll just wait for the DVD5 to get released online but this is what I'm hearing to get the working version of the game. Thanx.

P.S.: Don't forget to replace the dummy files with 0kb ones.

I made a mistake saying the guy was going to test out the game today. He said he'd do it tomorrow. He has burnt the game already and it booted fine for him etc. He just wants to play through it once to make sure that he doesnt' release some nuke. Thanx.

Wow... people relyin on me. That's pretty sick. BTW I might open my own group. Got an interview at Hollywood Video for a job. My friend that works there says they get games like 3 weeks ahead of time and that's when he brings em home and plays em. Only reason I'd do this is because it looks like the scene is dying and it would be cool to bring it back up. Let's face it, BT was a major factor in the scene. Since then the scene looks almost like it did 2 or 3 years ago. Thanx.

Ok let's not get over our heads ok?
The first thing to think about when starting a group is, YOU DO NOT TELL PEOPLE ABOUT THAT ON A PUBLIC FORUM, ok? That's VERY unpopular in the scene 
Starting a group isn't as easy as you think it is either. I obviously wont go into detail on why, but trust me, it's not like saying 1-2-3
Secondly, the scene is not dead, not even close. Have you missed all the games we have gotten in just a few days?
The console scene have always been very active, simply because there isn't much cracking to be done. The pc scene on the other hand have problems but this is about consoles and not pc's.
And paracel: There are NUMEROUS people that have burnt the dvd9 image, it hangs at a specific location, so again, look for facts before you talk.
There isn't a GLOBAL rule either that say "PTP is not accepted, nuke at all cost", so it can very well be PTP even though it's not nuked on your sites or anyones sites.
Just wait for some REAL confirmation on what kind of method it uses and THEN talk, ok?

Why the fuck why dude? It's fucked up that yet another release don't make it to us pirates safely. The main fucking problem is that it takes ages to arrive in Holland (retail PAL)
Bullshiting around is useless, it's not OTP and noone has burned it yet since it's not posted in any newsgroup as per yet. So you think before shouting poo.
