I would say Tuesday 28th for USA/RF and Oct 1st EUR im hoping for a RF coz i live in the uk and cant wait to play lol.

cover got a big pegi logo, so most likely this will be the pal version, even though us release is two days earlier.. and rooney is on the cover next to kaka, this must be the uk version cause german version got mesut oezil and rene adler. us cover is kaka,donavan(?) and the guy from arsenal.
check different amazon.com/.de/.co.uk pages for proof

It's due in what 4 days ?
So ntsc may leak over the weekend , luckily you get a one week free online pass on initial boot so you can try clubs and stuff out
