Remember, pain is only temporary, art is for ever!
Perhaps you can plant some roses ( ) in the mouth? There needs to be something red/pink/magenta in there to give it more definition.

| iNatan wrote: | C# is very far from Java actually, other than being fully object oriented and garbage collected. It is much closer to C++ in its broad usability, while still maintaining manageability. Java on the other hand is a gimped cripple with no identity. The simplest things require jumping through hoops - for example handling of simple Observer-based events, like pushing a GUI button, requires creating a listener class with methods just to handle click. Everything is so archaic, it's just mind-numbing. And because it's all tied to backwards compatibility nonsense, no major concepts can be introduced without making the tardo dinosaurs cry. Sun couldn't even introduce properties! And how hard was it to introduce rudimentary concepts such as generics and autoboxing? I was studying Java at the time, so I remember all the drama surrounding them. (And of course, they chose one of the worst methods of generics implementation, surprise surprise.)
The fact that Sun is adopting concepts from .NET speaks volumes.
Even performance of the .NET Framework is now comparable or better in some cases even superior to C++. Say the same about Java.
Now that Mono is as strong and complete, there is really no excuse to using Java, outside of the niche enterprise market, and .NET is pushing strongly in that direction also.
With C# 4.0 being dynamic as well, it is in a class of its own. Meanwhile in lala-land, Sun might introduce properties in Java in 2050.
Of course, when I say "Java", it's either the framework itself or the programming language. Just use the one that fits in context.
But a little off-topic no?  |

For my current studies I had to learn Java and it's the worst shit I've ever seen. I code in C# since 2005 and must say it is far superior to Java.

So just how big are the worlds created by this?
I really wish there was some kind of overland map so that you could keep track of where you're going a little better. It's almost a detriment to traveling far. If you don't leave a trail of breadcrumbs or something you might end up losing your way back.

@crossmr
let's just say the worlds get big. I have yet to reach the end of one.
And for finding back? Craft a (imo) useless compass that always points you to you spawn point

There's mapping tools that make a map of your world files for you. I dunno it's not that hard to find your way around, I tend to just dig my way under and around the map, surface every now and then. Connect up a road back to my starter hole-in-wall and keep on diggin!
It's pretty amazing where the underground tunnels go. I still have only found one splodge of diamond ore tho in about 30hrs of playtime and I lost it, dieing in a lava font right next to the ore ;(. Survive mode ftw anw, I haven't hit up MP/creative mode yet.
