The ME2 DLC is 1.5 GB, this one is 900 MB.
(Just about half a GB but still, heh.)

Very weaking ending that doesn't answer to anything, at all.
Spoiler: | Besides the warning about Flemeth, which we already knew from DA2, and changes, this was nothing more than a shallow attempt to tie up the unfinished stories, including the Watcher's. |

You can use Inodil's Pocket Plane mod which can be found in Dragon Age Nexus. There is a book inside the pocket plane which enables all specializations.

Spoiler: | Is there any way to edit your save game where you're in a relationship with her so that you can leave with her in the end? |

Sadly not, DA saves are more complicated than ME2 according to the guy who did that one editor , so there aren't any DA save-game editors as far as I know.

Dont know if you can change romances in savegames via the toolset. But if I remember correctly you might just be able to do this. I know that you can change a lot of different things like where you've spent your skillpoints etc.

Does DAO_PRC_STR_1.1 function by itself (can I now delete DAO_PRC_STR_1.0)?
I can never be free, because the shackles I wear can't be touched or be seen.

In practice, those other files are always included separately.
One has "offer" files, which are basically commercial, but is needed sometimes in order to trigger the DLC. If you don't block game with firewall, game will download it on its own.
Two others are bonus weapons for appropriate campaigns. They are separate so player can choose not to play with them (freebie weapons at start of the game are cheesy).
