Just set his roaming range Garus to about 2 block square, should stop him digging too much and save the server any stress:D

Doesnt matter. Survival MP hasn't implemented any kind of damage yet, so you can't die.

The only people with issues are the one who seemingly assumed that I was playing MP without checking. If someone dies, they're obviously not playing MP.

You can obviously die in SP and you'd still need to find your way back in SP.

Not really difficult to connect A to B.
