Christ.. I really hope it's not fake. Apparently there's an Encyclopaedia Dramatica-style Russian site called LurkMore (hehehe) and it's got a massive article on a Russian guy called GamerSuper, showing him to be one hell of a sham Sad *sigh*

Yup, just found it:

There was something strange about the vid showing PSP on PS3, when the 'hacker' powered up his PS3 he pressed immediately on the eject button (to boot it up in jailbreak mode I assume). Now the strange part: immediately after he pressed the eject button a disc came out, normally when I boot my PS3 in jailbreak mode nothing is supposed to be in the disc tray or else the eject button will just pop up the disc, like we seen in the vid, instead of going into jailbreak mode. In addition you hear another 'beep' when you press the eject button with power button (when the disc tray is empty!) and in the vid we can't hear it. What I'm using to jailbreak is PSFreddom so perhaps its different from some one who uses PSGroove or PSJailbreak, can someone care to elaborate it for me since I suspect its fake.....

Strange every one says FTP server is buggy and crashing but I transfer 30GB MGS4 and 20GB Uncharted smoothly. Not any single crash. Avg speed is around 9-10 mbit.

I dont know why but its work flawlessly every time for me. Using slim 250gb, wired connection. JB method is HTC desire flashed with open desire. Is there anyone or its just me?

What app are you using, matey? A lot of complaints I'm reading are about Filezilla ... try FlashFXP or WinSCP.

Do you think it will be long before we get a scene release before shops? With PES 2011 and FIFA 2011 on the horizon would be nice to see the first proper scene release Cool

I hope you mean 9-10 Megabyte/sec. I have not had any problem with the FTP-server either TBH. Using flashXP.

There are two possibilitys: first, there wont be any game that actually requires 3.42 to play for a long while (hopefully!). Two, some one will find a way to either upload the firmware without the patch that circumvents the jailbreak or tricking the game you have to think the system is with firmware 3.42 without actually having one.

The 3rd possibility is

Firmware 3.42 is uncrackable so we are all fucking then!!!!! Sad Sad

I think so, because I've seen a game release (Start.The.Party.PSMove.PS3.JailBreak.EUR-JoS) that supposedly works with jailbroken PS3 Smile

No. It is external and files over 4GB that is the problem.
