As I think was covered earlier it's more or less a direct port, it can also be pre-loaded now but that's sorta useless aside from people pre-purchasing it since it's all encrypted, readme is funnily enough called 0.7 for some reason and other than that it's rather basic.
(BIK movies, tons of loose files for all other data plus the exe and support bink32.dll file for the movies and that readme0.7.txt or what it was called.)
Could be fun similar to Painkiller or Necrovision for a single playtrough.
(Or DMC or something unsure what to compare it against, Fable? linear action game with few RPG elements?)

At least the controls are again fucked up. We press ALT+W+RMouse for specials or navigate with Shift and Ctrl though the menus. If its bigger than DVD5 i even refuse to pirate it. Haha, eat that THQ!

Is there any info on graphics apart from higher rezolutionz, better graphics (texture, effect, etc.) or anything?Haven't really played it yet on 360, so I need to decide whether to play it on PC+360 controller or play it on couchbox...

Button mashing doesn't bother me all that much. Controllers lack the precision of a mouse when controlling a 3D camera. That's all.

Wow. Babelfish makes my head hurt.
About the controls:
One in front: Already on the console the control was not overloaded, to it on the PC anything changed. Nothing the defiance are to be steered some things very well with mouse and keyboard. Normal fights about are involved loosely from the hand, QuickTime Events are quasi „besides “releasable and insert themselves so liquid into the fights and also the use of articles, calling for your horse and the conversion into the Dämonenform are very well controllable.
One in front indeed.

Well why the surprise? It's not the first time that we see a straight console port coming to the PC with several months of unjustified delay..

The decryption keys aren't available yet xTerro though it can be preloaded, if a disc image of it were to be uploaded you would still need those keys to decrypt the files.
(Interestingly enough the eastern language edition for Czech, Polish, Russian and Japanese have the keys and could be decrypted if made available.)

Seriously? Do you really give a shit that much about FSAA? I never EVER used AA on any game, and yet I enjoyed the graphics and the gameplay. So fuck AA. Who needs it.

I am not so sure. 2560x is a very high resolution, but the screen size of 26'' is big too.
Is the DPI of such a monitor higher than the DPI of 24'' / 1080p ? If not, then AA is definitely not unneeded!

In addition to purchasing the game through traditional retail outlets, gamers can opt to get their copy of Darksiders for the PC from 12.01am EST on the 23rd September through a variety of Electronic Software Distribution (ESD) partners. Users who pre-order Darksiders PC from Steam will receive a digital copy of Titan Quest Gold Edition for free, pre-ordering from Direct 2 Drive will earn gamers a free copy of Red Faction Guerrilla for PC and Gametap, is offering a free copy of Company of Heroes with each pre-order.
Travis Plane, Vice President of Global Brand Management commented, “THQ is dedicated to delivering great product to the PC gaming audience so Vigil Games has pulled out all the stops to make this title every bit as satisfying as its console counterpart. We hope the PC audience enjoys battling the forces of heaven and hell in this great game.”
