Yep, there are plenty of such lectures from many universities out there. I also used to watch some, and mainly they have served to make me sad how stupid some of the lecturers here are. I am sure it is the same everywhere, but they don't show the idiots on video.
Why didn't I know about this kind of stuff before? All this on line courses are incredible!

There are also great online lectures on youtube from Stanford, Berkeley...
If you want to get acquainted with the principles of physics I wholeheartedly recommend Walter Lewin's lectures 8.01, 8.02 and 8.03 ^^ He is great. I wish my professors were like that.
I also watched Leonard Susskind's Modern Physics course on Quantum Mechanics, altho to me it was kinda like advanced linear algebra
