i gotta medium something something IV tank now, its really neat. Finally starting to do some damage. I prefer Medium/Light matches theyre fast paced and fun. Hate it when youre matched up with too many hardcore heavys.. they plow through mediums and lights way too easy.

Yeah, there should be more chance of backdoor-fucking them. Or maybe the armor should deteriorate after 15 shots ... more realistic, too.

It all comes down to teamwork, light tanks on scout duty, artillery softens the opposition and the rest kicks ass. But 6 out of 10 matches end up becoming a failure because everyone just noob rushes the ooposition and gets taken out 1 by 1.

Soooo.
After about 6 hours I rage quit.
Because I can't stand getting blown to bits 50 seconds into the match by artillery anymore.
Because it's fucking annoying that my Panzer II can't damage anything but artillery and tank hunters to save it's live.

Lol, check out the guides/faqs at the official forum's newcomer section, there are ways to stay protected from artillery. Mainly hug obstacles and don't stop moving. And of course, don't get detected early.
And not all battles have lots of arty.

I figured as much but the Panzer 2 just plain sucks :/
All russian tanks are way faster and hit way harder.
Oh well. Gotta live with that pos until I can afford the Panzer 3 Ausf A

KV-3 is, without a doubt, the best T6 tank in the game. It's also the first real heavy tank.
KV-1S is pretty garbage. It's a heavy that tries to be a medium, and fails at both roles.

The German medium tree just plain sucks imo. Get a Russian T-44 and enjoy the party.

Just tried an german Bison for a couple of battles. At first I got my ass handed to me.
Then I got my ass handed to me because they put me in battles against Leopards, KV and the likes.
Can barely scratch their armor 
But after a few battles I kinda got the hang and I go out of a battle with 4-6 kills (which says nothing about if we won or not )

why isn't the speed up crew turned on?
why do you have 203,000 exp?! you trade exp for gold?
if you had turned speed up crew training, you'd have them with 3 more specialities by now with that much exp..

Nope speed up training doesnt do shit on that skills. Believe me i tried. So i turned it off to earn some extra xp i needed to convert.
I think 3 is the max also.
What do you mean i have 203.000 XP? Its just the amount of XP i earned with that tank after putting of the speed up crew setting. Normally its used for the tech tree but since im maxed on that line i cant use it or i have to use my gold.

Elite tanks have two options, Continue to earn exp that can be converted with gold to "free exp" which can then be spent on other tanks. OR..
Speed up crew training which will then speed up the crew's training.
If the crew are below 100% it will speed up the crew's general training.
If the crew is above 100%, then it will speed up the crew's skill training.
I believe crew are trained at a rate of 130% if the crew speed training button is selected. But I cant find the post confirming that is the "speed" rate. |
