Aye it was posted in the previous page , you did see the resemblance just because FIFA 11 PC will be basically a straight port of FIFA 10 console (the only things that have been modified so far are the turfs and the behaviour of GKs)
Are you sure? I thought the PC-version would get the WC Penalty system too.

If they sync with console versions, the consoles derps will be displeased that they don't have the best version.
Also, as you know, PC is not as stronger as consoles, so they need exactly one revision time to "optimize" everything for PC.
The PS3 is super strong and seXbox 360 is on par with the very best PCs while PCs are uber expensive 5000$ just for a low end one and consoles are so supercheap just paid 500$ xbox live fee since release!
No way PCs could handle the amazingly next-gen graphics of the console versions yet, should be another 5 years for them to catch up.
some things of fifa i really cant stand, even this last version, according to recent videos
-goal graphic (posts, net etc) its the same from at least 7 years (nets especially suck ass)
-all crosses are curbed (why? im quite sure certain player arent capable or curbing neither under torture)
-rain effect sux big time (looks like an old football game with added rain parallax layer)
-theres something disturbing about field and players proportions, i feel like playing subbuteo sometimes
I just hate football games... compared to other sports games they are SOOOO far behind...
And no I don't hate football, better yet I work for a professional footbal team. But seriously, nhl, nba, nfl they're on a whole other level. Can it be that because of the cultural background where football isn't the sport of the people, they really can't express the real feeling about football? (Fifa: Canadiens, PES: Japanese)
Football is by far our national sport, but how would you see a FIFA developed by the Italians?
Seriously, the fact that the FIFA's headquarters are in Canada doesn't mean anything, since many of the programmers, the producer and also the heads are from Europe (an the majority of them is English)

to optimize FIFA 11 it would be mathematically impossible to have a FIFA 12 ready for October 2011.
