Well maybe your CPU fan was on lower level of the RPM and now that u run extra cooling it have switched a couple of levels up... Just a theory :S

Well my CPU fan is the "stock" one so i dont think she has fancy thing like that

Things hook up on the 360w powersupply are 2 case fan with little light, video card, video card fan, one HD and 2 CD drives

I talked to a Tech at a local PC store and he told me that maybe the Video Card put more heat on the CPU while running games that way the CPU fan need to run faster to remove that heat from the CPU...does that make sense?

Indeed, i read some articles about graphic cards who have a sandwich cooler at the front and back of the card, and the cpu temp with these cards installed was much higher because the air was so hot. Can you install a casefan right above your gfx card, i have installed two low-noise fans at the back of my case, and they lowerded the temps a lot.

first off thats not the right hsf setup for a 9800 pro...yeah its made for it but wouldnt go higher than a 9600 with that setup.... grab a vga silencer for it...ramsinks using thermal tape suck ass buddy....grab some ocz bga ramsinks or tweakmonster bga ramsinks and use arctic silver expoxy mixed one to one with as 3 or 5 (this way if you need to rma the card you can bag it and stick it in the freezer for a bit , then remove the ramsinks easily)
lastly i notice your side panel fan...what about a rear exhaust fan...do you have any intake fans located in the front of the case? balance your fans...same number coming in and same number blowing out
you also may want to change your cpu heatsink to an aftermarket version like a zalman 7000alcu (but that would be the last thing i would do if money was tight)
oops ..just noticed in your pic you do have an intake fan in the bottom front...well a rear fan would help a bit ...your video card is generating a lot of heat and just leaving it in the case

Well this is my temp PC till the cops give me back mine so im not really going to put money on this one but if it was my real one i would really considier changing it.

Hmm should be enough I run a 250 with 2 ata HDD's and 2 CD/DVD drives and a Zalman cooler on the CPU, A Geforce 5900XT is also runing..

I agree. I've heard people use many more peripherals with that power output. But , you should buy an exhaust fan at least, for the back of the case off course. 2 would be even better. And try to remove that ATX power cable from the front of the cpu fan and bind it up nicely. Changing your CPU fan to a Zalman 7000alcu is also recommended. Even if the PSU is strong enough it could be cheapo and deliver very bad currents. If you have another one try it.
BTW, did you hack steam or anything, lol?
