I tried driving all the way down the street past the intersection and the slow mo will not go away. The game becomes permanently slow mo and blue-ish for me.This cannot be part of the game...
And then when I restart the mission, the slow mo is still there when were in giuseppe's shop

Hm did you make some strange combinations of the cracks?
Either that, or it's an actual (rare?) game bug.

I installed skidrow iso, applied v3 crack. Saw the slow mo bug so then I quit and replaced the v3 exe with skidrow crack and the slow mo bug is still there

Changing the date to the 29th worked with SKIDROW's crack for me. Changed the date prior to installing the game and has worked perfectly throughout Chapter 2.

Beat it - hell of a story. Bring on Mafia III! They could re-use the same engine and just focus on adding a new story and a bit more free-roam stuff. What was the point of having all that money if there was never anything to spend it on? Also, there doesn't seem to be a free-roam mode after you finish, not sure how they expect me to go back and find all the playboy articles (found 17 out of 50 only  )

- The interrogator guy that beat up Sam in the original is back in the Slaughterhouse mission
-The original music plays on the Classic radio station during the 40s
-You load more boxes 
-You get to re-live the last moments of Tommy Angelo's life, on the other side of the gun. This was just such an epic tie in
My chief gripe with the game is how you never really felt all that rich or powerful. Most of that stuff is played out during the FMV's. They could have made that into missions. Let me enjoy some of that success firsthand damnit! |

Anyone else experiences weird stuff happening with weapons?
Like in the mission from the demo.
The mg disappears after two shots and I'm standing there with my pistol but still in the crouched position as if he was handling the mg.
Inside when I pick up a shotgun it lets me fire 3-4 shots and then auto switches to the pistol.
And even the pistol seems fucked up. After shooting 3-4 times the screen jumps all over the place.
It's like the pistol got the recoil of a freaking medieval cannon or something.
Playing with the 360 controller btw.
Is it just some strange controller bug/problem or have I encountered another DRM trigger?

Been playing this game for a few hours, it's pretty good. Loving the atmosphere and the 1940s setting. I was too lazy to find and hook up the controller so I've been driving with the keyboard but it's not half bad. Using Skidrow release and changed my date to September 2, up to chapter 4 now no issues.

Had my system date correct and the health issue appeared. Survived the fight in the alley after you leave your apartment for the first time, exited game, set date to 29th, got back into game, got a drink, the health leak was no more. Skid image.

And after the start of ch3 you can set the date back to current.

Finished the game last night. What an epic journey that was - it manage to completely submerge me into the mobster atmosphere.

Just beat it. Holy fuck what a game. I can't remember the last time I felt so good at the end of a game. What a great story. Ok I lied I felt that good when I beat the Witcher a few days ago. Still.

tried game with this crackfix skidrow made by VOVAN31339 and no health problems in chap 2

the DLC files should be in Mafia II\pc\dlcs\cnt_made_man.
It works, i tried it this morning.
