I asked because i see tons of people SAYING they are going to play, or video streams, etc.
The 360 is not mine. It's from a friend and he doesnt pay for live.
What happens if the console gets banned?

So does it actually work? Will you be able to play it on 24th when you're in Europe using this simple command? Is there a different number for a Deluxe Digital Edition to download?

The console won't be able to go online anymore. And i have heard of banned hard-drives as well.
So all in all you might end up with an box that can't play online and can't use it's hard-drive.

There won't be a pre-load for this game based on comments from 2K and the Steam forums, once it's released officially this command should work for any other region although Steam might show it as non-released even so but just start the exe directly.
(Has been done for various titles with differences between the US and EU release dates, pre-load enabled titles does allow downloads faster but it's encrypted and can't be easily decrypted that way unless a disc image or similar is released and the SIM/SID archive keys available.)
EDIT: This would have worked with the current released disc image data as well but won't since the NCF's aren't available so Steam can't use it (Or some such.) and that the exe might be missing certain data as well.
(50130 is used as the main game despite which version you have, 50140 and up is for the DLC and 50160 was for a demo test I think, 50480 as the deluxe points to is for a exclusive preview version or the review version and 50280 is the current demo.)

i see your mini map is working, did you start at mission 10 aswell/ is it that beta crack ?

it's not my pic man , sadly
now i have to make like 25 grand and not having a minimap is a fucking bitch since robbing stores is to risque since customers can pull a gun on your ass
if there are 15 chapters i have one left
accidentally found the weapons guy that trashes cars for money , but like i said , not having a map is a real bitch finding him again
ALSO , since i installed and played it , i never exited the game since doing that will probably start me from scratch |

Use Phoenix & beta crack, then copy all files from ps/sds_en/missionscript to ps/sds/missionscript WITHOUT overwrite. You shall start from mission one.

Wish this would come out, im sick of putting 15+ rounds into a guys head in BC2 only to be shit on by 5 from him, also tired of slicing a guy 3 times only to then be sliced after connecting 3 times with my knife

well i only got to play from chapter 10 to 15 , that's only 1 3rd of the game and sure , some things happen but not knowing the characters you don't really know what was a 'major' event in the storyline.
So far i was really pleased with it , but the thing that REALLY dissapoints me is that i don't really think there is a contryside or something outside the city like in Mafia 1 . Sure the city is big but Mafia 1 together with its vast contryside isnt far off compared to Empire City.
I'll do some exploring just to make sure ..

Man , after a while performance was a fucking dissaster , its cause of the shitty crack but my god , the game was stuttering all over the place
the only really major bug i got (also probably cause of the crack) was that the ground dissapeard for a couple of seconds and i almost fell into nothing (like in the outer limits of the demo) . A car that was in front of me started falling and then when the textures came back it was thrown a great deal into the air |

Spoiling the game by playing it like that.. just not worth it :\. A couple more days, be patient.

that's not really spoiled imo
now game apparently died since it's not working at all , didnt modify squat and it crashed to the desk without an error once i hit the play demo option |
