I just realized that only Starcraft II.exe needs to be blocked (outbound connection), in order to prevent game from springing an update download when starting the game.
Still, in order to play freshly installed game, you need at least patch 1.01, which can be installed offline from RELOADED release. After that, block Starcraft II.exe, use razor1911 crack, and everything works fine. Just tested myself.

The patch with Reloaded release isn't 1.0.1, it's the day 1 patch 1.0.0.16117. Out of the box the game version is 1.0.0.15405.
1.0.1 is more precisely 1.0.1.16195.
But regardless, yes it works that way and no, you don't lose any save games.

4. run sc2_copy.exe from razor release
5. run keytro.exe and hit f2
6. start sc2
I still can't play in offline mode. ( game version is shown as 1.0.0.16117 as it should be)
The way i see it is that the keytro.exe adds binary value called Licenses to the sc2 reegistry key. As soon as SC2 is launched it deletes this key. Even when you use the keytro while sc2 is running in the background the Licenses value gets deleted as soon as u hit 'Play as a Guest' ingame.
Im puzzled.

Yea i used the uninstaller and wiped all blizzard keys from the registry. Im now reinstalling for the 5th time, this time i wiped all blizzard/sc2 folders i could find in the apllication data folder.

So it must be something with your PC. What OS? Thing is, the Razor version probably wouldn't have worked on your current PC even on the release day, nothing to do with the latest patch. I'm sure if you tried the steps you described above on your "vacation" PC it would work just fine so you have to look at the differences with your systems.

ok,some progress I made on my problem, after trying to play Multiplayer on my borther PC. all worked fine.
I discover that it's achievements related,I need to solve the achievements Portraits problem and then it will solve the main problem as well, the problem is,the achievements and Portraits doe's not load,and keeping "reloading",and then it "restarted" and then cuz the disconnect problem.
the problem is,I don't know what "blocking" the achievements and Portraits from loading up,
I turn my firewall off and already scened for spyware, what can I also do?

All I can say is I've seen handful of people who had problems with the Razor release. Like here. Now, why there's some people with these issues that doesn't affect most of the people is hard to tell without knowing anything about your systems. It's something you have to figure out yourselves.
And to be sure, did you delete the C:\ProgramData\Blizzard Entertainment folder from the beta? You mentioned Application Data folder, under Win7 it's called AppData and it doesn't put anything there so I presume you have WinXP on the current PC but Vista or Win7 on the "vacation" one?

I got Winxp x86 on both pc's. I removed every trace of the beta and the sc2 installation (before reinstalling it.)
Another thing that crossed my mind is that my windows isnt on my c:\ partition but on g:\ , but i kinda doubt that's leading to the crack issues..
Do u know where the profiles are stored that the crack creates for offline use ?

Maybe you could hex edit all the C's to G's and it would work. No idea, maybe I'm just full of shit. You're probably just better off getting the Reloaded crack.
yea i thought along those lines but it prolly just uses %APPDATA%\Blizzard ...etc
The reloaded crack doesnt seem to work for me. I just get some "the blizzard launcher must be in the same folder as a blizzard game" - error when i try to start it . I read something about the releases not working on XP-SP3, iirc the "vacation" pc has SP2 while this one has SP3.
