Got mine, according to benchmark available in game:
70 FPS on maximum details with PhysX off.
Core i5 750 2.6
GeForce 460 GTX
4 GB RAM
Win 7 64
Will check performance using Physx in a sec.

APEX totally rapes the performance. 60fps with APEX off and if i activate it i get only 15fps.
Everything maxed @ 1680x1050
Q6600 @ 2.4Ghz, 4GB Ram, GTX 280 on Win 7 x64

It has a time limit. Also it has tits. Just gone done my playthrough. I do not regret my preorder at all. Gameplay felt really nice.

Yeah, you have 10 minutes to screw around or get to the mission, otherwise it restarts.

Holy fuck, this game is fucking awesome! Do not regret my Deluxe Edition preorder at fucking ALL, I also love they included bullet holes in bodies, it's little details like that that make the game believable.
If you're a gamer, you HAVE to check this demo out.

Runs well on modest computer with highest settings (except no AA, AO and shadow detail on medium) PhysX effects on high are nice addition

Man just fired up the 360 hoping to get the demo but it ain't there yet anyone know when it's gonna be on live? was hyped for this game since Mafia 1 came out but the fact it's a shooter/driver title and not a proper sandbox game kinda put me off hopefully the demo changes my mind.
I read there ain't shit to do out of missions thats probably why there is a 10 minute limit for driving around because they know you will get bored fast.

edit : it's ok with AAx8 , playable ( 25 / 50 fps /avg 40) PhysiX on / full quality
Edit2 : gunfight with PhysicX On are unplayable here ( above 20 fps)

30fps with all settings high/on apart from Physx.
Very surprised as I was expecting a slideshow (Bad Company 2 was unplayable for me)

Holy fuck, this game is AMAZING!
I just went on on a stroll, and decided to rob the store. Pointed the gun at the cashier, got the money, then a GUY IN THE SHOP started shooting at me, and another one was shooting at me from outside the shop. Turns out they were gang members, the police came and ARRESTED the guy in front of the shop 
Another great thing: I picked a fight with a guy, knocked him out and decided to see what happens, the police came and examined the body, and was scooping around for the criminal (me).
The bribing system is fucking magnificent too. Fuck! This game will be my personal GOTY, I just know it.
