I agree. I think that differences between Apex Medium and High will be not clearly to see.
So Medium will be ok for gtx 470. Or maybe i am wrong and High will be much better visual.

Will be "interesting" to see what happens when nVidia release PhysX SDK 3.0, supposedly remade with SSE/SSE2 and fully multithreaded. I wonder how they will strangle performance on CPU physics then, or if they'll actually do it properly and make PhysX viable for everyone.

You can always turn the PhysX off.

Lo m8, I've got almost the same cfg as you. 1090T 4GHz, Kingston HyperX 1600MHz, Zotac GTX 480 AMP! + GTS250. Allegedly this game supports hex-core processors. Would be quite nice, wouldn't it?
Neway, do you guys rly now wot high apex means? Guess you don't. Particles of destructible objects will not fall through but fall onto the surface of other objects. That's all. It's not the explosion or smoke etc that needs a separate, dedicated GPU, it's the hundreds of thousands of particles which fall onto the ground when you destroy sg.. At medium apex the number of those particles is highly limited. Well, at least that's wot I know. Correct me if I'm wrong. I don't wanna be talking bollox.
