I think people that got it the "other" way got it way before you, and they feel sorry for people like us that buy our games.

I fail to see the reason why people must always insult each other on the internet over nothing, especially on sites like these, it's quite silly and odd, really.

It doesent have to be as good looking as HL2, but you cant be running around thinking, this game sure is ugly...

Exactly. The graphics in this game are very important as it tries to be as realistic as possible. Very sad to see those screenshots. I expected much more after seeing the videos. Crying or Very sad

don't judge from screenshots. gx is not the best ever seen but its ok with filters on... it's still the unreal 2004 engine, not so bad.
the immersion in the game and the realism make brother in arms way better then cod, you'll see it yourself
92/100 for me

safedisck 4 it's fully cracked here, hoodlum has learnt the lesson. they already properly cracked sd4 with nascar simracing, mvp baseball and rugby 2005.
not gonna be a proper on this, simply because it's perfect as it is

the gfx will grow on you.

i was a bit dissapointed when i started playing it on the xbox, but it gets better. and the overall mood is what matters and in this game its spot on. now im on 3rd time around and gfx is nowhere near a problem for me. actually ive come to like it.

i thought the gfx for pc would be a bit better though, but it seems like the biggest difference is some more effects. shouldnt be a big deal for anyone though. who has the time to think about this when the krautz(?) have you pinned down in a ditch somewhere in france? Wink

Anyone else having problems with this one? I can play the game immediately after installing, but if I quit out and try to open the game again I get a general protection fault. This is with and without the 1.02 patch. And I have tried rebooting the PC.

Build: (null)

OS: Windows XP 5.1 (Build: 2600)
CPU: GenuineIntel Unknown processor @ 2825 MHz [1383820296192.000000 0] with 511MB RAM
Video: NVIDIA GeForce 6800 (6702)

General protection fault!

After a false start last Friday, Ubi Soft has now released the first official patches for Brothers in Arms: Road to Hill 30 to upgrade the English, German, French, Italian and Spanish editions of the new World War II tactical shooter by Gearbox Software to version 1.02. Word is: "This patch focuses mainly on improving the online matchmaking and LAN mulitplayer features."

No matches available online, but it seemed to let me create an UBI.com id and go into that area of the game with the CDKEY packaged.

I've played probably the first 10 or so missions and it's okay. I really hate playing games against AI so I hope multiplayer is HOT, otherwise I'll be returning my preorder.

Seems you have no idea what the MP is....Multiplayer is the same thing as single player...human leading bot squad vs another human who lead bots
