So I want an animated background in windows 7. This was piss easy in vista - but how do I do it in windows 7 without having to edit too much stuff? Any programs you suggest?

shitloads of new stuff in my pc. Cant keep track of it all.

I dug as much as I could and I found "matrix21.Dream" but I have no idea how to use this file...
