Wait, Zack Snyder is doing this?  Just noticed on the trailer on YT. This is the only kind of crap Snyder is capable of doing and actually making it work; when he tries to do something deep, not only does he fail, but miserably so.

eh... chicks in skintight outfits with no payoff (ie porn), flipping their hair, unconvincing wire-fu fight sequences with immature girlpower rah rah rah feminist bullshit which is standard for these kinds of films... eh, i prefer to avoid the hell out of these movies. Also while snyder can do stylised action, he cant do a decent heroine to save himself.... hes way too preoccupied with tits (which would be fine if he was a porn director... not so much for a movie director though...)

Well when you watch an action flick base on a comic book, you expect action. In this case, the movie was more about talking and shit so it was totally boring. Never read a comic book of Watchmen so maybe that how it is in there. But when you watch a trailer you expect more from the movie.
Just like Jarhead, if you watch the trailer you'll notice that every single action part where they actually "fire" a weapon is in the trailer. The rest of the movie is just fuckin retarded and boring

I don't get all the hate for Snyder. He could have done watchmen better but that movie was still very well done! At least an 8/10...

300 . great trailer. gets me pumped everytime. but the movie is kinda boring. the pacing is way off. so it's a meh
watchmen good ! liked this one. the atmosphere.story.music.

To be honest, Snyder is as much of a hack as Bay is. Snyder is very childish in his story portrayal, he can't portray any emotion properly with his characters, women are sexualized, etc.
The only difference is that Snyder is still young and has potential to evolve or eventually hire someone else to write and direct what he can't. |

I used to use Apple for trailers too, but after YT got populated with hd trailer I realized how annoying apple was(quicktime, slow, annoying layout) I switched over.
Edit: Uhhh, it seems a bit overdone. Chicks, big guns, explosions, dragons, huge robots...
