totally not true, dunno what you're doing wrong, it has nothing to do with bnet. (or maybe some faulty crack, no idea)
game works perfectly fine offline, and that also means completely offline, not even having a physical connection to a network (I tested this myself), just as blizzard has promised long before. Once one proper profile / account is associated with the install, it is possible to play full SP on this machine, just by using the guest account / mode, when starting the game.

I wouldn't say they're exactly the same as the guest files ... otherwise those on "cracked" copies would only have 7hrs of play. I believe pirates have been playing for longer than 7hrs :\ |
note that the guest accounts (local on the machine, for offline play) have nothing to do at all with those 7 hours / 14 days trial keys / accounts you get with the retail box

yes.
btw, this "login with a proper account/profile", which validates the install as being a legit one, also works with a trial account (7 hours key)
also, if your friend wants to save a trip, he can just export the registry key HKEY_USERS\S-.....(the_long_one)\Software\Blizzard Entertainment\Battle.net\ to a .reg file (it contains the account registry key with a value called "Licenses") and send it to you - I strongly suspect this has the exact same effect. I personally didn't test this yet tho (adding the registry entries on another machine, wich has a fresh isntall), would be interesting, if someone can confirm this.
It is totally possible (and likely) tho, that this registry entry has some machine details mixed in, which makes simple export/import-on-other-machine of course impossible.
I also already wrote all this (with a bit more detail) yesterday, like 10 pages back

exactly.
you basically have two options, when you start the game and it does not have a connection to battle.net:
- play in offline mode with your main profile (default)
- use a guest account (this is always offline, even when you do have an actual connection to bnet)
in both modes there are no achievements (who cares about those) or other bnet features
I don't know how exactly the game handles offline play on the main profile, the one with 7 hours online(?!) play limit.
But as long as you never go online with it again to expire or do some other funky stuff (which could somehow remove this "legit install activation"), you can always startup the game and just login as a guest and play the campaign (I've done this last night when the servers came up to bridge time for my boxed copy to arrive), saving and everything works as normal. I know for sure that playing on the guest account does not subtract any time from these 7 hours you get.
The only thing that could happen is that somehow it gets deactivated after the 14 days limit. But honestly by the looks of it, I can't imagine they added such an extra trigger, since blizzard clearly does not mind that people can play the campaign easily (they give the whole game for download 2 weeks before release to anybody, and the decryption key also freely on launch, with the SP part of the game practically having no strict DRM). I mean you essentially have all been playing it already, without even having any real crack at all (as there is no need for one really). This stuff released from the AllIn1 Loader guy is nothing special imo (as has been said before).

judging from the decryption key they give in the nfo they used the enGB installer -so english only (for EU Server)
apart from that there are no multi language installers for SC2 anyway (all installers, with different decryption keys, have only one localized version), so it has to be english

The difference is:
4. Copy over the update files (ONLY "updates" dir and "update.bat" file)
to the install dir and run update.bat.
5. Copy over the cracked content ("Battle.net", "Support", "Versions" dirs
and "StarCraft II.exe" file) to the install dir.
