They intentionally forcing open pvp with the remade world while you level a twink or something. But they should know better. Those who loved "open world PVP" stopped playing WoW.... long time ago.

Dude classes are unbalanced now and wont be balanced in cataclysm anyway. WoW is just for kids that can Bind or Macro 3-4 buttons and roll DK or some other bullshit class that insta kills you. Game sux. Blizzard lost a lot Subs now. Half a year ago i played on server that was Queved and now theres medium rating and never goes to high or queved. People just dont care about it its same bullshit again and again. I love the Vanilla WoW Tbc was good too but Wotlk sucks ass hell and i guess with cata updates it will be even more boring simple game for kids.... (They even make a quests about skills to learn you how to use them and when) Gosh and i thought that reading desc. is a hard enought.

I disagree. They've made the game easier but that wasn't a bad thing. Let's be honest, you couldn't be a great geared player before TBC without completely destroying your real life (And even after TBC). Anyone who's doing Heroic Modes really need to spend a lot of time raiding, and that's why people get burned and quit, specially in the summer. I haven't played Wow in a while, but just by reading stuff and watching some videos i can easily sayl there isn't a better, more polished MMO out there, the problem is, i know all it's ins and outs and i just can't be bothered anymore, i need something fresh that could mimic wow's polish and detail.

i begun playing wow again like 6 weeks ago. And quite frankly, im fucking enjoying it. Especially stuff like the Cross Realm Dungeon finder are simply awesome. Almost instant pugs for any Dungeon (new and old). Started a new Tankadin and i fucking rock (retired my t9 Hunter ^^).
Oh PS, has been a long time since i've last been owned by a DK ...

say what ?? DK's may be "overpowered" for leveling.. but in pvp.. well lif there is any class i like going against.. its a DK... easy beats

Exactly. I feel the same way.
I regularly get into Wow just to quit again after a month or two because there isnt anything that you could call new and fresh.
Maybe Guild Wars 2 will be the new freshness?

i have to add tho, i agree the dungeon nerfing is a bit too much. It does get a bit too easy now (will see once i hit HC's with my new tank, but i doubt it will be harder). I miss the good old days (especially BC dungeons at release) when you actually needed CC in (some) normal dungeons and basicly in all HC dungeons or tank would get instagibbed.

That is long gone, and most ppl now don't even know how to cc anymore (hell, they don't even know what it means). But they brought some nice things into wow, like the "recent" dungeon finder, and are bringing a lot more with guild leveling for example.

Haha, that was pretty damn funny. I quit playing WoW about 5 months or so before WotLK after I started playing Age of Conan. AoC though just has bored me to tears, even though the game has seen great improvements and the expansion was rather well done. Still, it's an endless treadmill and grind and despite the fact that I have two characters fully decked out in T2 raid gear, I just don't have any interest in playing it any more. Looks like WoW has made a lot of improvements, and a friend of mine wanted to play for a while and actually bought WotLK for my account, so I've actually thought about playing it again, but SC2 is so good, and my time so limited, I just don't see any way to get back in to it, especially since I had 3 lvl 70's (druid, rogue, warlock) all decked out with season 2/3 PVP gear and T4 (was good at the time) raid gear. Having to grind out levels, so late in the life cycle of WotLK just seems like more than I'm willing to deal with.
Just out of curiousity though for those who still play, what would be the best class to play and grind from 70 to 80, a rogue, lock, druid or mage (my mage was 68 when I quit)? Rogue was my main for most of game, but I played all 3 a lot. Seems like if I were to consider every playing again though, the druid or lock would be better choices...

I say lock since u can go affli/demo to get both siphon life and felguard at 71 and faceroll to 80.

Yes they make a lot of changes, but let's see what they change:
- classes/talents revamp
- old world
- addes rated BG
And that's basically it. The core gameplay of the WoW is not changing at all so if someone was bored of it 6 months ago he will be bored again, soon after release of Cata. I'm buying it just to have fun again while leveling and doing instances which is imho the best part of WoW. I also foolishly hope that PvP will be somehow revamped and be fun again - moar open world pvp plz!

This time I think I'm going to try some PvE though, I've done a lot of PvP, never focused on raiding or dungeon grinding. I've done like 2 or 3 raids at the most since WoW was released. The last one I did was back in vanilla, I did Molten Core.
