So I've had pain in my back, sporadically for about two months or so now.
Always the exact same point. just slightly left of my right shoulder blade.
Holy fuck that's an agonizing kind of pain.
Makes me writhe around the floor, couch, bed wherever I am when it hits me.
Normally last for 15-20 minutes and then it's gone again.
Fuck that shit...

wow Ive been having problems with exactly the same spot for a few years now. I pull the muscle there quite often and when stretching out it cmakes cracking noises and i feel like something in there is moving the way it shouldnt. Also Ive had really annoying numb pain in that spot too.

So, after pondering about it for a while, I came to the conclusion that, apparently, the pain only starts when/after I sat on my couch. I think I need a new one :/

Yes but the backbone is in the middle and pains in the bb you can locate and identify as such.
3/4 year ago I injured a couple of ribs (not broken), I could not localise where the pain was coming from.
