Weird. When it searches it just blinks and blinks and nothing happens. I even tried taking the batteries out of the other wireless controller (came with console) to ensure the PC version is the one trying to connect, but no luck.
Any links out there? Google is pretty frustrating when trying to search for shit like this. "wireless 360 controller for pc on 360 guide" LOL
Thanks!

Stupid question, but have you tried syncing the controller? Make sure both controller and 360 are turned on, then press (not hold) the sync button on the front of the 360 (next to the memcard ports) and then press (not hold) the sync button on top of the controller.

It should just work fine as the controller is identical to any normal wireless 360 controller, the only difference is the USB receiver on the PC.

actually, no luck with that either.
When I hit the sync button, it tries to detect both controllers, as both start blinking, and only the ACTUAL 360 controller syncs.

That's because the PS3 uses bluetooth, which can be paired/unpaired at will, without needing to press any sync buttons. You're welcome, by the way =)

The wireless adapters aren't sold seperately anywhere afaik. They stopped selling them some years ago. You should be able to find a used one easily. I got myself the adapter and a gamepad for just €25. That's practically nothing.
It works perfect btw, you can connect up to four gamepads to it. There are some stories about major input lag on the net, but I didn't notice any. Maybe it's fixed already.

They do, but I don't think they use anything else than CCs for international payment. I never bothered getting a CC for myself.
